Discover Il Ritrovo, the à la carte restaurant of Campra Alpine Lodge & Spa, where the culinary tradition of the Valle di Blenio meets a sustainable and innovative approach. Our cuisine is inspired by the “from nose to tail” philosophy, which enhances every part of the animal, reduces food waste, and promotes a conscious use of raw materials.
We use fresh, local and seasonal ingredients, carefully selected from small producers and alpine farms in the region. Cheeses come from the Olivone dairy, meats from ethical farms in Ticino, while fruit and vegetables follow the natural rhythm of the seasons, with a strong preference for zero-kilometer products.
Our menu is dynamic and territory-driven, changing regularly to offer authentic, flavorful, and always fresh dishes. Each creation tells a story of land, culture, and respect for the environment.
From April to October, during weekdays, we also serve a Daily Menu – tasty and affordable, ideal for a lunch break in nature.
